Terms of service

1. The service

Sanaam, operated by Sanaam operating company (legal name to confirm) ("we"), lets you find sports venues in Laos, reserve a court for a time slot and pay the venue. The venue provides the court; we provide the booking service. The app is published on the stores by TRIPBUDDY SOLE CO., LTD on our behalf.

2. Your account

You need a Lao mobile number and must be at least 13 years old, or have a guardian book for you. Keep your password private; you are responsible for bookings made from your account. One account per person.

3. Bookings and prices

Prices are shown in Lao kip and include the court fee and, where shown, a Sanaam booking fee. Some venues confirm a booking only after approval; until then it is a request. A booking that is not paid within the time shown on the payment screen expires and the slot is released.

4. Payment

You pay the venue by Lao QR, bank transfer or at the desk, as offered on the payment screen. When you pay by transfer, the venue confirms receipt and your booking becomes confirmed. Keep your transfer receipt until the booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a confirmed booking in the app until 24 hours before the start time. The refund is 100% of the court fee; the Sanaam booking fee is refunded. After the cut-off, no refund is due unless the venue agrees. Where you paid the venue directly, the venue processes the refund. Where a payment provider was used, refunds go back by the same method within 7 business days. If a venue cancels, you receive a full refund.

6. No-show and conduct

Arrive on time; a venue may release the court after 15 minutes and record a no-show, which is not refunded. Follow the venue's rules. Repeated no-shows or abuse may lead to account suspension.

7. The venue's responsibility

The venue is responsible for the court, its condition, opening hours and safety. Sanaam is not a party to the service the venue delivers and is not liable for injury or loss at the venue.

8. Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it is always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the booking fee you paid us for the booking concerned.

9. Venues and staff using the portal

Venues agree to honour confirmed bookings, keep prices and availability accurate, handle customer data only for the booking, and settle fees per their venue agreement with us.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

11. Law and contact
